Seattle’s newest skatepark opens July 11th at the Seattle Center’s SW Corner (between the Fisher Pavillion and KeyArena).  On the 11th, the park will be open to the public with a best trick contest, music, and fun.  For more info and computer generated graphics of the layout, visit www.seattlecenter.com.

    It won’t replace the parking lot that has taken shape in place of the former skate park, but it looks like Seattle is on the right track again.
