Hot Sheet Polarized Lenses Edition
June 3, 2009 | Category: website related, Snocon News Network, hot sheetThis week has been hot in Seattle. The temperature is rising and you know the sun is getting in our eyes. So we decided to feature some polarized lenses for today’s hot sheet update. Polarized Lenses are great for reducing glare, particularly on water.
Here’s how it works:
Light reflected from surfaces like a flat road or smooth water is generally horizontally polarized. Thus horizontally polarized light is blocked by the vertically oriented polarizers in the lenses. This results in a reduction of those annoying and sometimes dangerous glares.
With that in mind, here are three featured products for you, and you’re going to love them:
The Electric Technician Sunglasses come with sweet black frames and a Polarized Grey lens. Electric does it again with functionality and detail mixed with style. Check them out in our store or online here.
The Smith Trace Sunglasses are instant winners. They come with an interchangeable interlock, a feature that you’re going to love, and slick design and quality. Check them out in store or online here.
The Oakley company keeps it fresh with these Oakley Sideways sunglasses in Black Plaid with Grey Polarized lenses. You can’t really fight the urge to pick these up, they are quality at a good price. Check them out soon in our stores or online here.
